Home / What We Do

Pick it up. Recycle it. Prove it.

Plasterboard is heavy, avoidable landfill. We built PlastaGo to take it off your site and put it back into the loop, with the paperwork to show for it.

01 · On-site collection

Bins that fit your build, pickups that fit your program.

Every site runs differently. We match the right bins to your job and set a pickup rhythm around it, weekly, fortnightly or on-call when a load's ready. Your board comes off the ground and out of the skips, so you're not paying to send heavy gyprock to landfill.

  • Dedicated plasterboard bins so offcuts stay clean and separated
  • Scheduled pickups, plus ad-hoc collections when you're stripping out
  • Works for one house or a multi-stage commercial fit-out
  • Simple booking, so site supervisors aren't chasing anyone

02 · Bag drop-off

Small job? Bag it and drop it off.

You don't always need a bin on site. For renovators, smaller builders and one-off jobs, our bag system is the easy option: fill a PlastaGo bag with clean offcuts and drop it at a collection point, or have us grab it. Same recycling, same certificate, none of the fuss.

  • Purpose-made bags that keep offcuts clean and contained
  • Perfect for renos, smaller trades and one-off loads
  • Drop off yourself, or add it to a scheduled pickup
  • Still weighed, still recycled, still counted toward your diversion

03 · Sorting & recycling

Back into new board, not into the ground.

Once collected, your board is weighed and taken to a licensed recycling facility. There it's separated into its two parts, gypsum and paper, so the gypsum can be reprocessed into new plasterboard and soil conditioners, and the paper recovered. Clean offcuts are effectively 100% recyclable.

  • Every load weighed, so your diversion figures are real, not estimated
  • Processed at a licensed facility, not stockpiled or dumped
  • Gypsum returned to manufacturing; paper and fibre recovered
  • Contamination checks so the material actually gets recycled

04 · Diversion reporting

The certificate that proves where your waste went.

This is the part most waste contractors can't give you. For every load, and every project, we produce a landfill-diversion certificate: how much plasterboard we collected, how much was diverted from landfill, and when. It's the evidence Green Star, NABERS and your clients' ESG reporting actually ask for, and it's ready to hand straight over.

  • Per-load certificates with weights and dates
  • Per-project totals you can drop into a submission
  • Running diversion figures across all your active sites
  • A tender advantage you can back up with real numbers
